Our double and single grooved, fit from below, aluminium spreader plates.

A perfect solution for installing under floor heating in between joists (prior to installing insulation) – no extra build up required.

Designed to be installed from beneath the joists, the spreader plates are fixed to the already installed floorboards.

Only 150 mm wide, these spreader plates can be installed in between irregular joists as well as standard 400 mm centre joists.  

When installed, 50% of the plates should be double grooved, the other 50% should be single grooved. The single grooved plates reduce unnecessary material.

Both plates are designed to be installed next to each other to create perfect 150 mm pipe spacings for 16 mm pipe in between joists.
