Our aluminium double and triple spreader plates are tailor-made for use in wet underfloor heating systems, ensuring efficient heat distribution throughout your space. These plates boast dimensions of 1000 x 390 mm and a thickness of 0.5mm.
Designed with convenience and effectiveness in mind, each plate features twin preformed grooves spaced at 200 mm or 150mm intervals, securely accommodating the pipes. Unlike conventional U-channel plates, our plates sport an omega-shaped groove, ensuring a snug fit that minimises creasing and guarantees uniform heat transfer.
Installation is a breeze, as these plates can be easily affixed atop floor joists or battens, with the flexibility to be nailed, screwed, or stapled into place. To optimise heat transfer, it’s recommended to install insulation directly beneath the plates.
