Clip Rail

Clip rail track provides an optimal solution for incorporating warm water underfloor heating in screed or concrete floors.
The clip rail track attaches to the vapour insulation using self-adhesive rail backing and secures in place while the underfloor pipework is installed.
If necessary, Staples can also be utilised. Each track comes in 1-meter lengths, easily extendable by connecting them together and snapping off at pre-scored points to achieve the desired length. A rough guideline for the required amount is approximately the area to be heated multiplied by 2.0 (e.g., 20 m² x 2= 40 lengths).
The Clip Rail accommodates underfloor heating pipes ranging from 15 mm to 17 mm in outside diameter.
