Our 20 mm UFH castellated panels: the ideal solution for installing a screeded underfloor heating system.
With their ridged surface pattern, they offer structural support and efficient heat distribution, while also providing added protection during screed installation.
Lightweight and easy to install, these panels elevate comfort and energy efficiency in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Also available with a 10mm layer of EPS insulation – perfect for floors with no insulation.
Standard Castellated Panels (for use on well insulated floors):
- Material – HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene)
- Dimensions – 1220 x 820 x 18 mm (0.85 m² coverage when laid and connected)
- Weight – 1.17 kg per panel
- Impact Strength – 300 J/m @ 23 °C
- For use with 16 mm pipe
- 50 mm pipe spacings
- Minimum depth of flow screed installed above – 50 mm
- Minimum depth of dry screed (reinforced fibres) installed above – 65 mm
Insulated Castellated Panels (for use on un-insulated floors):
- Material – HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene)

EPS Backing Panel (insulation):

- U Value – 0.036 W/m² K
