Flow Meter Replacement

Manifold Flow Meter – ½” Gauge Compatible

This replacement or spare flow meter is designed to fit our range of underfloor heating manifolds with a ½″ thread connection.

It enables precise adjustment of the flow rate for each individual port, ranging from 0 to 5 litres per minute. A red indicator inside the transparent tube displays the current flow rate at a glance. For maintenance, the flow tube can be unscrewed easily for cleaning.

Flow Rate Adjustment Instructions

1. Remove the red cap located at the base of the flow meter.

2. Adjust the flow using your fingers — no tools required:

   • Turn the black screw clockwise to reduce the flow.

   • Turn anti-clockwise to increase the flow.

3. Do not rotate the screw more than two full turns to avoid damage.

4. Watch the red marker move up or down to reflect your set flow rate.

5. Once set, replace the red cap.
